Research Interests
Tom is involved in many areas of research support at the WATER Institute, including
database and information systems design, networking, database and web page
creation, web cams, multimedia authoring, and systems programming.
Tom has been a professional web site designer, computer programmer, and database architect for over 20 years. He has created and worked with a wide variety of systems and web sites throughout his career, in applications such as health care, real estate, and science. Tom has held the position of Senior Information Processing Consultant at UWM's Great Lakes WATER Institute since 2002.
